Can you work around our schedule? We still live in the house.
Yes — most projects we phase so the house stays livable. Kitchens are the hardest; we set up a temporary cooking station and time the demo for short stretches.
Who pulls the permits?
We do. Florida residential remodels generally need permits for plumbing, electrical, and structural changes. We handle the paperwork, inspections, and follow-ups.
Do you provide design help?
Yes — for most kitchens and baths we can do the layout and material selection with you. If your project needs a licensed interior designer, we’ll bring one in.
How are payments structured?
Milestone payments tied to progress — typical split is 30% to start, 40% mid-build, 30% on final walkthrough. Confirmed in writing with your scope.
What if we want to change something mid-project?
Any change is written up as a small change order with the new scope and price before we start it. No surprises on the final bill.
